Trust in a leadership and sales environment is absolutely vital. Some of the most successful sales teams are built on solid foundations of trust, and it is something that can be fostered and developed through effective learning & development.
What does an absence of trust look like in teams?
We often see some of the following in low-trust environments:
👉 A hesitation to ask for help
👉 Concealing of weaknesses
👉 A sense of dread around meetings and appointments
👉 Avoidance of colleagues
